Got my DS1015 Servo today. Talking about amazing!?!? Wow! Once you get it trimmed. No noise at all. Also got that integy servo arm. It's too big to run it in the stock configuration. It hits the receiver box, well it doesn't fit at all with the cover. So I need to move some stuff.

This is my plan . Selling my iPad for 450 and buyin myself a sexy rc8be with my birdie that's in march I'm going to buy the speed passions 2200kv setup and a savox servo so that total comes to like 232 shipped. Does that sound like a good idea? Battery wise I'm going for the turnigy 4s for 45 bucks each or maybe a5s. What's your opinion?

We'll, my Integy servo horn is too big. It looks like either I'm going to have to cut the receiver box, cut the servo horn, or remove the receiver box all together. Everyone that I saw running buggies at the track were running with the receivers servo taped to something. Or had made a tray for it to sit on under the servo horn. The servo horn is too perfect for me to cut that thing. So that's pretty much out of the question. It's getting late and I need to sleep on it. I want work to be over tomorrow, so I can come home to my 4PKS! Tomorrow is going to be a glorious day!

GREGGW dont start hacking stuff up yet.i just put one of those big ass servo horns on rc8b today and all you have to do pop out the pivot ball, wich has the big flange on it,and replace it with a small pivotball .use a flathead screw and your good to go.

See, I knew it was a good idea to sleep on it. I have to see if I have any of those laying around. If not it's another trip to the LHS. Thanks BC. Do you have any pics so I can get an idea what position on the arm you're using and everything?

Edit: I just looked and I don't have anything in my parts box. Do you know what part you used so I can get something close?
