anyone have trouble when using the 31-34 pinion when useing lunsford motor bolts?

i tried a 75/31 and failed... maybe i need to try the 69 or 72 spur?

you have to use the button head motor screw to clear the really big pinions

Are you using the Fatboy screws?

Those are pretty chunky. I'm using the screw with flange, much better. Clears the pinion.

i just got a b4.1 and am looking for some help.
i will be useing a 13.5 Ballistic motor track is fairly large indoor track. (LIR)
a setup would be helpful and any tips ..... thanks

ALSo are you guys advancing the timing on your motor all the wAy or Leaving the timing mild?

what gearing are you guys using on a b4.1 on a 13.5 fairly large track

Yo bro, I have the same car and same motor and race at the same track... I run 74/29 and I BELIEVE profile 3 on the sxx v2.

Other guys are running very close to that, 75/30 is the other one I've heard.

PM me your email, I'll email you Vin Nocella's set up sheet which is where myself and a lot of guys started from.

78/27 with a Tekin RS speedo and Tekin Redline 13.5 with 6degrees of motor timing.

@Weazsel I am finishing up my B4.1 FT with an SXXv2 and Ballistic 13.5....I would love that setup sheet too.

LIR as well.
