not sure Gerry as I don't have the 2650. Maybe someone else will chime in. Not sure too many people are running that. As most people race and that motor is hard to race on because it's so fast.

I saw this and jumped on it. Guy left his number and I texted him 3 minutes after he posted it. We talked for about an hour. I got a good vibe. So if I didn't get scammed out of the Spektrum it will be for sale when I get it. But Spektrum seller hasn't responded to PM since 2pm yesterday, so we'll see.

That's personal preference. I haven't used them all but some people like Futaba, Airtronics, Spektrum etc. I just bought a Futaba 4PKS personally.

I've used Futaba pretty much all the time. When I was a kid, and even now. I've never had any issues with any of the Futaba radios I've used. I tried Airtronics a long, long time ago, and I was pretty happy with it as well. Right now, I'm using a 4PKS and a 3PM-X, and both have been flawless.

Those Losi street tires are cheap! You can buy 4 Losi street tires premounted with wheels for just a bit more than a pair of Ofna belted wheels without wheels!...
Have you tried your Ofna belted slicks? I was looking at a pair for street bashing. Do I need to to anything special to mount them on the RC8be? Or just normal rims on the stock car?

Anyone ever try the more 'scale' looking street rubber?

I originally bought 2 server power supplies, but decided I didnt want to mess with wiring it and this little PS is literally little. I got the box and thought, whats in there, the cord? LOL I mean its barely bigger than the charger. I mean we're talking 2 x 4S 5000 packs are bigger than this PS.
Funny you mention the fan. I finally heard mine come on when we had six batteries on. I thought one of the batteries was cooking when it came on because I had never heard it kick on.

They are on the way right now (in shipping). They didn't have Ofna wheels in stock, so I'm going to see if they'll fit Pro-Line or AKA wheels. If not, I'll buy a set of Ofna V-Spoke wheels. They have the same 12mm bore with a 17mm hex as the stock wheels. No idea on offset, though.

I may have to give that a look then. It's certainly cheaper. Looks like the 208B has some nice features too.

I just have the 6B since I know I'll never need to charge anything more than 8S. That with the P350 power supply is the heat...

Yeah, I looked again, and I think the 206B is the better choice for me. I was thinking the 208B added the temp sensor, but I see that the 206B has it as well. Looks like the 208B has 50W more power, and that's about it.

So you're using the 206B with the Junsi 350W power supply? Looks like a good combo, and both can be had for less than the price of a Hyperion Duo3 by itself (to be fair, though the Hyperion is two chargers in one case).

Hmmm....now the wheels are turning

Yeah, thats my exact combo, if you watched that video though, it charged 6 lipos in an hour. I think thats pretty impressive. And looking at the 208B, the Junsi wouldn't be able to push that charger at full bore the entire time, You're only going to get about 312 watts usable out of the Junsi. I think it was independently tested at 304. The charger will adjust itself automatically, it will take the power, but it may kick it down a little because the power supply wont push that for an hour straight. Im charging my 5000 4S pack in 26-28 minutes. And the charger fan isn't even coming on. But the pack is only rated at 2C charge capability, so I definitely don't want to push it. Lipos are like a time bomb.

Most racers that run the 2650 motor , run it on 3s lipos... Way too big for 4s.

I run the Tekin RX8 speed control with the 1700kv motor on 4s indoors and a 1900 kv outdoors.
