Sounds like it's too rich on the bottom, too lean on the top with a wide idle gap. Set the idle gap to .7mm, then lean the bottom end until it will idle nicely. Now you will most likly need to richen the top end quite a bit until you get good performance and good smoke at WOT. Now go back and revisit the bottom end and set for a crisp take off. Once you have the tune right adjust the idle to an acceptable level if necessary - remember, if you drop the idle you will lean the bottom end, so readjust the low speed needle if you do have to adjust the idle screw more than a quarter turn. Like wise if you raise the idle, you will richen the bottom end, so adjust the low speed needle accordingly.

Just want to let you know GO engines takes first place at the 3rd round of the Georgia series. The motor ran flawless all weekend and people seemed very impressed of the performance.

you will get some leakage .. thats normal , all front bearings leak , they are never 100% air tight. what may happen is that the outer race cover seal can get over heated and retract to expose the race. thats when you need a new seal ..

also glad you are loving the MG Matt ! and yes we are getting great feedback from your efforts out there ! keep it up

That's the plug I have been running for the last year, and find them excellent on 25% and 30% fuel. Running 20% you could go to the O'Donnell 77T which is a hot plug (not ultra hot). Either of those should work for you, and the price sure is good !! A-Main has both plugs at the same price by the way.

HEEEY!!!!! bigmatt, Did you receive the o-rings yet.
I just wanted to see if I won the big o-ring race. LMAO!!!...
You should end up with enough to re-ring every race day
for a season or two.

I had a couple of more runs on the mg66 on my mbx6t with easy clutch and 4 x 1.1 springs. ..awesome mate! But I could not help but notice our go pipe is super loud! While the rest of the field is quiet mine is raw power! Is there a quiet pipe? Everyone was asking what engine I was running. Im a happy user.
