Default Now accepting new orders again

My website guy Jim will lift our website main page anouncement dated January 16th would be taking reconditioning-resizing orders again....back to work a few days earlier than expected.

All orders that have arrived here the last few weeks have been serviced Friday + Saturday (two long days) with return shipping packages first thing the AM this morning, when Post Office opens. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you guys. Thank You for being patient.

Many new engines out there now guys. The one thing we're finding they have in common IS that they are with tightly matched piston + sleeve sets. I only seen so far "one" damaged set resulted a poor breakin this last batch of 17 sets serviced. Not good odds. Enough said. Just be patient guys.....

Default 3 weeks focusing on reconditioning-resizing work only

Nows a good time to send your worn piston+sleeve sets. Confirmed today back on my real job in 3 weeks. Turnaround time should be very good for the time being.

Today I repaired a new engine set damaged at breakin. Material lifting and burn marks at exhaust port both liner + piston. Take your time breaking in these new engines guys. Preheat and wrap heads, ESPECIALY in cold enviroments.

Today also repaired a overpinched set. Do what you goto do there guys but remember im here to bail you out if needed. atleast 25% of my work at this time. No problemendo.

So mnuch for abynormal...Other sets were easy comparatively speaking here.

Again . Text or email me with any questions or concerns.

Tomorrow I goof off and work on my own engine projects.

As allways...I appreciate your buisness. Thank You!!!

bigjayjay1,
No I do not. Done a few with spare shop time just for shits and giggles in the past with OK prototype tested results. In my book "Not enough to right home to moma about". Bottom line, I found both before and after it would not be a cost efficient process FOR ME, especially in consideration Novarossi conrod quality. Will be a hell of a manufacturing/reconditioning process anyone to match, at an aprox $45 NIB replacement cost and having that of their longevity. Not saying cannot be done , mainly a project for a team with manufacturing rc engine parts development for retail ambitions. Furthermore, looking back 8 years at the beginning stage (1st full 2 years) sacrificed income developing my resizing tooling along with the procedure used today, I dont have the time to vest today with all that debug. Enough said. Hope this helps. RayAracing
