I preach this at every tool & die and machine shop I've ever worked for or owned. Unfortunately it usually falls on deaf ears...drives me batty I'll tell ya'.

I knew I should have built bigger, didn't , and sorry for it now! Still resizing here in shop, toolmakin a shop much larger. next year addition with heated floor...gets cold here in western ny.

Meanwhile my reconditioning-resizing service is with a 1-3 business day turnaround time again, after a busy-painful last few weeks with spraining left wrist thanksgiving week. OUCH!!!

Special thanks to my repeat customers for their patience the 3 or 4 delay I did not work.

I will not be accepting any resizing orders for the next 4 weeks. I will be going into surgery December 16th for repairs resulted broken wrist from Thanksgiving week that which set out of position. Completing currant reconditioning-resizing orders on the bench today + tomorrow, leaving room Sunday thru Tuesday for tooling orders anyone does not wish to wait till middle or late January. 8 years servicing racers around the world and I finally get a month long break....LOL.... Would prefer to do it without a cast on my arm though.

Good luck on your surgery.

First off good luck on the wrist. I broke mine & bone died. 3YRS later I had a pin in that wrist & a cast for 3 month. Also learned you use your wrist more than you think & Levi button flys dont work so good with a cast but, needle nose vice grips can make it happen.

Better to find & take care of it now than the way I did it.

Secondly hope my P/S set gets done before D-Day. Sent it in a couple weeks ago.If not no big deal just let me know.

Butch man, Thanks for sharing your broken hand experience with me.....Now I'm really scared. Haha. Your novarossi 21-4 is on the table now. Sorry for the delay but as I know you understand doctors appointments, health insurance contacts, yada yada took precedence this week. Resizing group orders (4 sets + over) serviced yesterday, others will be done today + tomorrow. Also testing 1st of the tooling orders going to Illinois customer next week.

With completing resizing orders I tested tooling orders scheduled for this weeks shipping, along with a few extra.

I allso tested an extra 20-23 and 26-32 die set http://www.rayaracing.com/prodtooling.htm to make available for sale + shipping this week, providing ordered by tomorrow afternoon.

I will post here / on my website my back to work date. Will be a minimum 4 weeks from day of surgery. Could be as long as 10 weeks. Meanwhile please use resizing services that which are tooled by RayAracing.
