Any .21/.28 gasket should work. The OFNA gaskets are a bit thicker and a pain to get on.

OS, Racers Edge or RB will work fine.

Congrats on the purchase. Break it in right and you'll really like this engine. The instructions will tell you that it's mostly broken in already, but that you should ensure that the needles are set to the "rich settings" per the instructions and run it easily in the car for at least 20 min. Use most of the throttle range during this time, but don't use wide open throttle. The 24 takes a little longer to fully break in than the 21, so I'd recommend running at least 5 tanks through the new engine by driving easy in the street. On the last tank, you should be able to start leaning out the needles gradually. Pay close attention to the "tuned settings" that come in the instructions and make sure you don't get leaner than those settings during this period. I've found that the "tuned settings" are very close to where the engine performs the best and runs in the proper temperature range, give or take a couple hours based on conditions.

Also keep in mind that these engines like to be tuned from the low speed needle. If you find that you're running hot and still don't have much power, you most likely have leaned the high speed needle too much and are still too rich on the low speed needle. If tuned properly, they like to run somewhere in the 190-210 range. Hope this helps. You should really love this engine; it gives the power a truggy needs to act more like a buggy.

Thanks. Unfortunately that paper work isn't there. All it had was the dyno sheet and what was done to the engine. I guess I will contact Trinity or look on the website for that info.

My FM ET mill/ Platinum fuel helped me to my best results in a long time today. I qual'd/finished 5th in the open Buggy A . Three stops in the 30 min main, I could easily run 8+ mins/tank

I can't remember the "rich settings" off the top of my head, but the "tuned settings" are HSN flush and LSN flush + 1/2 turn in. Hope that helps. Also, you will want to run an OS P4 plug for best results.
