One has a sensor and the other doesn't? Sensored motor minimizes cogging, meaning smoother low speed control.

Most LHS will have a full range of ball-bearings. But if you have time, measure the ones that you want and go to hardware shops to look for them according to your dimensions. Its cheaper.

Dear All,

I am just into this.

WOuld like to purchase the most basic unit of R/C cars with nitro engines.

My budget is SGD300 all in for TX, RX, Car and all related for the car to run.

Can ayone recommend me a good car as a start for beginner and where is the shop where I can get a resonable deal?

In my humble opinion, and it may not be the "best", I like the Eagle Racing CDC charger version 6. An old model but still good piece of equipment for Nimh charging. Saw one for sale in the Selling thread.
Only drawback is, it runs on DC12V only, so will require a 12V 8A power supply unit to work with it.

on-road/off-road, for $300 gp, i think u can only get used ones.
if u've been around, u'd realise that all local shops are reasonable....havent heard of cut-throat ones.

The Hobao Mini ST sells for abt that price. Just have to get glow plug, starter and fuel, I think. Go down to LHS to check.
