Default Recommendation for Sensored Brushless System

Just curious, any bros here have recommendations for Sensored Brushless System (ESC + BL Motor)?

Noticed that most of the sensored brushless systems are really high-end brands like Novak, Tekin, Mamba... which are pricey and a heavy investment...

Anyone have recommendations for mid- or entry-level brands and models? (e.g. Team Orion, LRP, Speed Passion, Feigao, etc)... Of about 7.5 - 13.5T?

Also, issit alright to use a sensored ESC from 1 brand, and a sensored motor from another brand?

Thanks.

Bro i am sure the experts here can recommend u a lot of other type of sensored brushless combo. I asked the same questions last time.
I searched a lot of stuffs. Found some with very good price range but was sensorless. Found other ones (sensored) but was very expensive. So after spending few days, i ended up with Novak XBR sensored Brushless motor and ESC. The price is not cheap either. But for a sensored motor, i guess its fine. Its considered cheap compared to other Novak cousins. I am doing perfectly fine with it now.

The novak XBR is considered fairly budgetable compared to other sensored brushless systems. I have one too.

Let's say... TT-01E...

Currently using a Yeah Racing 9T BL... Sensorless, so it's very "punchy" and laggy when moving off...

Sensored is often better as it has a smoother throttle control at low speed it's good for Ep 1/10 buggies n touring n no clogging.some sensored esc n motor has thermal shutdown too

Since we are at this topic, i would like to ask some questions.

I am rebuilding my HPI Wheely King, just for off-road bashing. I'm still using a 16T Brushed motor and a Futaba Esc. Its fast, but I just don't get enough out of it. Now with some budget and itchy backside, i was thinking of throwing in a Sensored Brushless motor and Esc in.

1) What should I be looking for? Brands etc
2) How much?
3) Must I use lipos on it? Benefits?
4) Downsides of using brushless.

My apologies for the long-windedness, but I was thinking about it for quite sometime already. Hope you guys out there can help. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Wat I would suggest is try looking into hobbywing 60amps combo or mamba max 6900 or 5700 kv combo. Price u hv to do research bro.

If u use BL try to use lipo too for better constant power. Good luck

Down side? Price lah

Sensored brushless ESC detects the position of the motors rotor thus reducing lag during pick-up whereas sensorless esc doesn't.
