You can interchange the sleeves between the Pro engines in .21 class.

you cannot interchange them between Pro and Sport class engines.

you cannot change between Sport .25 and .28 and Pro .25 and .28 .. Crank case changes will hamper the gas flow between the RTR crank case and Pro crank case .. So it wont really give you the max change .
Hampering the gas flow can cause over heating problems.

Re Special RC, Please be aware that the Go Factory does not modify the engines , they are stock gen 4 and 5 engines. Note he does not have gen 5.5
which are being distributed to Authorised dealers only. He is stating that they are modified so he can sell into other peoples areas. but be aware that you do not get any warranty with the engine from Ebay . only an Authorised dealer can factory warrant an engine.

Yes we sell the 5.5 so does racefactor and other authorised dealers world wide. Please be informed that only the Go brand has these upgrades.

Gen 6 ... well you may see it in June or July this year .. All depends on testing but we will inform you when it is released..

all of the Go race and sport engines use the same connecting rod.

get a hold of mark at massive mods. they come from Australia but you will wait forever for Russ at race factor industries to do anything. also tell mark you would like the c clips and wrist pin.

If I am just pinching the sleeve I will clean the top of the piston, I don't recommend a dremel and wire wheel!
I am going on vacation and won't be back until 1st of May so I won't be doing anything for 2 weeks.

pm sent, thanks

Not anymore the Pro Range of Go Engines have an updated rod in the 5.5 version. Some of the Gen 5 have them too.

regardless they can interchange as they both have 29.5 centre
