I had a Max Power M5 2 years ago, and it was one of the best engines I have ever run. Smooth powerband, and wicked fast on the top end...it was tight as a drum for about 5 1/2 gallons (could not turn it over by hand...great compression) until the main bearing blew and fubarred the piston

They go for around $230 but I would rather save up and get the Max C5Q...it's a crazy engine. Novarossi parts, quality and reliability.

Rody recently left RB, the primary reason I made the switch and sold my RB's. RB without Rody is kinda like...bah I dont know, but it isnt the same thing...and I didnt wanna be going down with the sinking ship if you know what I mean.

sorry
the max m3 is a p5x , fantini tuned crank w/ 3 port sleeve . basically a n21b limited w/ 25.8mm bearing , excellent engine but i would buy a n21b for the price difference
i have made some of these w/ ceramic bearings , shaved a little off the crank and sleeve and holy smokes
excellent truggy engine for 140ft. straights or less
