Ok, I see what ya mean. So you can just take the charger, set it to NiMh, and it`ll automatically peak the AAs while they`re in the transmitter? Hm, sounds like a plan. On the plug that goes into the Tx, which is positive? Thanks

Refer to your manual....The JR3XI and my buddies spektrum has the inside pin being negative. But it is opposite on alot of other radios. Also I heard charging at 1 amp is best. Also make sure your transmitter is off while charging.

I am using X-Power Lipo 3 cell battery 1300mAH. It's light so I feel comfortable holding my M11. Furthermore the runtime is 7.5hours non stop operation.

I do not recommend AA size batt with tray. It's not cost efficient.

+1 on the powerex aa rechargable, these work great and are the top rated aa batts.
the problem with lipos in radios is that there is no cut off.
when you hear the low battery warning go off , that lipo is over discharged. depending on the cells they might take a charge or they might puff and be ruined. i have also left my radio on for a day by accident, in which case a lipo would be ruined. losi m11 packs were $80.

Cool

Well, I made a plug to go from my charger to the radio and it works awesome! Now all I have to do is see how long these rechargables last. Hopefully the overall life of them is pretty good. I think this will probably be the best way around it for me. Thanks again Derry

The M11 will beep when voltage drops to 9.3V. You need to switch it off & don't let it drop to 8.5V

When the beep starts, I stop my car & turn off the Tx. simple as that.

when the beep starts i drive for another 15 minutes and irritate everyone around, after that i charge my radio and never have to worry about my batteries. I cant understand why people spend so much money on lipos for their radios.

One thing they do not have to worry of memory effect. The runtime is much longer as proven on track. My own stock battery lasted me nearly 3hrs.

I am using the Reedy 1350mah 3s lipo and haven't looked back.
Definitely a great purchase and will probably get the 3000.
