Default What 3PK battery?

Im looking to replace my old original 3PK battery it will charge up to 10.9 to 11.0 volts and drop to 9.8 in about 5-10 min. This is the original Sanyo battery thats red and is only I think 700-800mah.

Im not ready for the lipo's yet because I do not have a charger so I am looking for a good NIMH battery pack that can hold a good charge.
Thanks

Check Ebay - I bought an 8 cell pac made from Sanyo 2300s (at that time, they are prob bigger now) when I wanted to get away from that stock NiCd pac.

Know you said not ready for lipo, but thats what I've done and it was worth the expense. It was a bigger improvement than stepping from the NiCd pac to the Sanyos.

Previously I am using Futaba 3PK gold...

Get a match pack with 9 cells for this. I used 9 x 2300mAH GP batteries. The runtime is 12 hours wowweee

There is another option - if you're good at soldering, you can just buy the rechargeables you want and make your own using shoe goo and a servo ext. If you want to get fancy, you can buy shrink and add that too. Thats all the person I bought mine from had done.
