Default M11 Batteries

What are you guys doing as far as batteries with your M11. I`m using AAs righty now and it eats through them pretty quick. What options do I have with re-chargables?? Thanks

You can go lipo - pricey, but it will not burn through a charge as quickly using this -

There are others with more capacity that are more expensive.

If you stay with AAs, get some quality ones - I use AAs in non RC electronics and use these -

I run a 3PKS and 3PJS and use lipo in both.

Right now I use 2500Mah Energizer NiMhs, they last about 5-8hours, but the have definitely been abused. At one point they hadn't been charged in a year.

I was confused by the 2450mah - but see now that Energizer has re-rated these. I got a set of 8 in a swap and they are good batts as long as you're using them. If mine don't see use for a few weeks, they go flat and have to be charged a few times before using.

I just bought a pack of 8 of these batteries on ebay for 13.10.....Minus the charger, but I just use my onyx 230 via the charge jack on the trasmitter. You just have to make a charge jack adapter for the charger.

The charger says 15-16hrs per four batteries. They`ve been going since I went to sleep last night. That kinda sucks. Anyone know how the run time is with these?

Yeah....My local track had the jr plug that fit my trasmitter. Then the hobby shop dude just made me a female deans to jr plug to go from the output of the charger to the input of the trasmitter. I have yet to try it (still waiting for the batteries to show up) but was told it would work fine. I'll let you know how it works out.

Please do. I`ve got to get something else figured out. That energizer charger isnt going to cut it. May end up getting the Lipo.
