i run sirio .27's in my revo as well ,yes i do have 2 of the back plates both are unused i use the back plate with no starter in it, where are you in the world?
the are great motors , one of mine is standard and the other is modified ,crank case mods ,crank mods, sleeve is done ,carby ,turbo head button and magnesium head

Thanks for your responses to Sirio parts. So far, I have not had any luck finding the part I need in the USA. I have gone to kyosho's site and even called them, the part is not obsolete, but they do not have any in stock. They have to order them from Italy and I was told this could take a very long time.
Does anyone have an old S23 engine that is blown or doesn't run that I could take the backplate shaft from. The 23 and 27 use the same shaft, or at least has the same part number for the shaft.
This is a shame, I have a very good 27 that I have not been able to start and run.
I am hoping someone can help!

hi guys...i recently purchased a .27TX for my tmaxx. the manual is not really very useful as it lacks important info in it. anyways....just need to know what are the base settings for the needles in case i loose track of my adjustments. thanks!

Hmmm, I'm reading about all of these cranks breaking at the pin...
I just snapped the crank in my CL7B... right where the diameter steps down to go through the front bearing. Has anybody had this?
Does anybody have contact info for Sirio?

Hi guys
I'm running an EVO4 STI with the 2611 pipe on my NT1 and I'm having a small problem with run time.
I cant get more than 3,5 minutes out of a tank.
The engine runs at around 120 celsius.
I'm using Tornado 16%.
Also I changed the carb for the EVO3 STI as with the stock one the engine was untunable.

Why would you change the ballbearings?
If they are fine then they do not have to be replaced......
After a galon a new conrod is wise to do.
If you want to change the bearings it is your choice to use steel or ceramic. Ceramic always seems to be better but on the track you won't see the difference exept if you are a top level driver. If you want to save some money just go for steel bearings.
