also word is that sirio is going to change the material of there cranks they are getting rid of the black hard annodized crank in favour of a new material similar to what the novas use
the Evo4 is a T3 version the new Evo4 sti is factory tuned + ceramic which I will be getting 1 or 2 once they arrive to Kyoshoamerica very soon

thnx

the evo 3 rods do not fit the evo 4 ,the pistin pin hole is larger on the evo 4, and also means the pin clips are larger as well

Thanks bro...did u notice that the Sirio clutch spring memory is very short. I ahve used it for a race and managed to TQ but after the race if found out that the length shorthen from 9.8mm to 9.7mm. I was i little surprise because i only tighten it at 0.7mm with a 0.4mm gap.

Is there any specific instruction or method to setup the sirio clutch assembly?

sirio engines always have good runtime. i presumed that maybe your clutch setup might not be suitable for the layout or maybe your engine tuning is too conservative (too rich).

First try with my new motor Sirio CL7R. This motor is EXTREMELY FASTER of any other Sirio motors that i have tested. Sirio 2008 makes an awesome motor.

Chad, Andrew and Chris changed the bearings to the ceramics and their run time issues were solved. Double check, but i think this is all they did.

Default Sirio Cl7B Sti

Trying to find the factory needle settings for this motor and trying to find out what pipes the factory kyosho guys are using with this motor in there truggies. Having a tough tuner start over from scratch Just forgot to count the needles before we started. Having a lean bogging problem. No matter how rich I put the motor. And has anybody tried McCoy plugs in there sirio motors. Thank you Matt

I have gone up to 1.0mm spring tension with a 0.5mm gap & it was worse so I try to keep it between 0.5 to 0.8mm depending on the track. I would not worry about the spring unless it loses more than 0.5mm you can try using the kyosho spring or the team orion
