If you are running Jaco try yellow rear/lilac front. If you are running BSR try white rears and team purple fronts. These work very well in lower bite conditions.

The "normal" tyre of all of us UK corally guys is Parma Magenta front with Grey rear. I think the bite in our carpet tracks is generally a fair bit lower than in the US, and we alwasy run on odourless adative.

Ike- Have you had a chance to try out different tires?

Im using the Jaco Prism double Pink rear/Lilac front when the carpet have less grip or on low bite carpet.
And when carpet gettin more grip or on mid bite carpet im using Yellow rear/Lilac or Purple front.
That´s for the 19T Classes.

while the topic of low traction is being discussed, what are people using on crc carpet with NO traction compound allowed?

You could use SXT 2.0. Although it is not considered a tire traction compound, it is an oderless tire conditioner.

I have sen people use gojo hand cleaner on there tires fr those types of tracks. Suntan lotion also works well

Thanks for the tips, but this track doesn't allow any tire sauce I was looking for tire compounds. I ran purple pink last time. it was ok, till the residual compound from another track wore off.

How did your car handle at first, and then later? With purple/pink, I would expect it to push pretty badly. On low traction conditions we would start with pink rear and double pink front (Jaco) and go from there. You may have to go to Jaco magenta fronts, or even pink fronts.

Are you using the 1.6mm T-bar?
.018" front springs? or .016" ?
Thin dampener lube, like significantly thinner than Corally red?

it seemed close in terms of front to rear traction pushed more that spun, there just wasn't much overall traction. thin tbar, .018 springs, lube was soft, crc white cap i think, not positive. Ill have to try the different front tires. I gather that as soft as possible is the way to go for springs and damping?

Yes, until you have acceptable traction.

Based on the rate the bubble rises when you invert the bottle, it looks a little heavier than 30,000 wt. Kyosho fluid.
