LRP Spec3 .....but best to measure the thickness of the lip on the top of the sleeve , then I can tell you 100%

yep...spec2 was thinner, spec 3 & 4 is the same

Guys I know the Spec3 is Picco based but which Picco is it similar to Evo 2/3 or none ?

100% sure now - your Nosram is almost exactly like my LRP spec3. - the little screw is so you can screw in a nipple and use a "boost" bottle.
