I think that with the stock placement, 76 is the maximum... but not totally sure (I shiwtched to 64p since then). But what you can do is turn upside down the bearing holders of the spur axle and that can give you more room, as you perhaps can have about 3-4mm more clearance.

I have tried it, found it a waste of time sadly

I didn't really see any difference on my MSX equipped with the pro module, but it really helped the handling on my TA05R.

Some guys at my club used on carpet....didnt work.
have only seen Sato use it - no one else.

Same, on the MRE, pointless, on the TA05R, invaluable. TA05 had good grip on a dirty track where most other cars were just very taily. MRE hooked up straight away (I run the short arms)

i'm using it with my MREbut did not notice any difference in handling
it's a good bling factor though

MSX.....MRE.......MSXX......Which one to get???

I am going to be upgrading my TA05 to a 415 of some sort to bump up to 19t class and am trying to decide which chassis would be best. Is the MSXX the next MSX or is it just a cheaper MSX. What about the MRE? To me all these chassis look exactly the same so it is hard for me to choose. I will be running at the Tamiya track (for now.....until the closing...) which is outdoor asphalt if that helps!

As far as Tamiya product goes the MRE is the asphalt king. It come the with most adjustment out of the box, includes a front spool, an aluminum height adjustable layshaft, and aluminum & titanium screws, plus the Mazda 6 body. NO HOP-UP necessary!

If you can't find the MRE, the MSXX may be a better option depending on what you want, it comes with a center one-way as well as a front one-way. Also a thinner chassis that is 2mm, where as on the MRE its 2.5mm. The MSXX does not come with the titanium screws though. Other than that they are both great cars to run.

yea granted the 415 is a proven chassis .... but could there be a change to the "Cookie cutter" chassis ?
