The pro and cons of the JP modified Nova Rossi 35 Plus 21 is :
1) PRICE $750.00 +/- = Expensive
2) Availability-not all hobby shop stocks them only few specialty hobby shops
3) But definitely one of the fastest Nova Rossi engines JP ever modified.
4) And you got the Nova Rossi Reliability
5) But definitely worth the money

Steve- just check the piston to head clearance. Use the clay method and roll it over only once. Clay thickness should be 0.026"- 0.028". Maybe a tad less if your "just" going to be running that 25% Tornado stuff.
You could use calipers to measure the head dimensions to get a ballpark idea from what you had before. If both heads have three dots, you'll be fine. If one has three and the other has four- that will not work unless you have a ton of shims!!

what is the ideal temps on the RO-3 (race condition)? also I have heard the horror stories about the bearing problem on the regular 35 plus. how is the JP modified? does it have the same bearings?
