Everyone is already looking forward to the TCS race down there next year. The stories were too much for anyone to handle! You guys still planning on making it up for our regionals?

Hi,

so far I really like my 415 MSX R2 on carpet. and I haven't even got the thick chassis for it yet. and the guys with the MRE's are flat out flying at our track. some are running the kit steering and some are running the MSX R2 steering. I think it's well worth the extra parts you need to run the 415 on carpet.
I also really like my TA05 on carpet. all I have added to it has been the graphite composite tub, diff cases, and graphite shock towers and CVD's. with a little tuning it has been a fast, easy car to drive. no breakage
my 2nd one came with a graphite chassis on it but it needs CVD's. it's goinng to be my brushless car.

Don't sweat it, bro, you ain't alone(just went through that myself the last few weeks, finally got fed up with my FT TC4 & started running my recently aquired TA05, so I had to find that manual too, took some time)....

Bs are good for 1 run
B2s are good for 0 runs
B3 are good for 1 1/2 to 2 runs

B3's are the best of the bunch, but I don't think they are good after the first run, very debatable.

Nonsense poopy pants, my tao5 went through the 24 hour enduro and is still going strong. Haven't changed that setup since the nats and haven't found a surface yet it hasn't worked on. I'm gonna give carpet a try this week. I'll see if Garbers super setup works there too.

Hi,

Are those MRE's using foams and if so how are they getting them to fit? I'll put that tao5 out on the carpet first anyhow.
