Does anybody have any extra JP Racing decals? I just need about 2 small logos that say JP Racing on it (one for each side of the body). I'll gladly pay for shipping. Thanks

As far as the front bearing goes, at Acer, they have a 7x17x5 ceramic for 7.99. Are there special bearing for the engine? Or will any rubber sealed bearing work as long as I take the rear seal off? I would like to stay away from the stock bearing since I have been through 2 of them in 1 gallon of fuel. Anyone find a good substitute for it? I would like to go ceramic, since the rear bearing is ceramic.

Acer ceramic bearings

Thanks

if you had the same problem within such a short period, check the clutch balance because I think only an excessive vibration can cause premature bearing failure ........

The bearing didn't fail, it blew the rubber seal out of it. The seal failed.

do you usually put a big shim between the bearing and the flywheel cone? If so, this is causing the sealing fail.......

I've had this problem and after I stopped putting the shim the bearing seal lasts "forever"......

I have never put anything. I put the cone up against the race of the bearing. No shims. I blew a seal with about 1/2 gallon, replaced the bearing, now with about a gallon through the engine, it blew another seal out. I don't really want to keep putting a new bearing in every half gallon. Especcially at $35 a bearing. I would also like to put a ceramic in this time.

I am in need of the O-ring for the bottom of the carb for an FX .12. If anyone has one that I can buy off you, let me know. Thanks.

16% nitro, to use 30% you need to add .2mm shim total of .50mm

Default 321

Ralph,

Sorry for the late reply. I just rebuilt my R-03 with a p/s from the novarossi based 321 motor. The 421 is different and will not work. I will try to remember to post a reply about performance. Still breaking in p/s. So far its looks like it can be a very powerful backup motor in this configuration.
