being a boxy shaped car and under 40kph i doubt if a wing would make any difference to its handling if any thing it would create drag, purley 4 looks

the tao3 ball diff is allowed under tcs ,so can the tao3 one way or solid conversion be used as well???????

The Mini experts tell me the one way and fixed front are a big NO.

with the arrival of the mo3m the the rules should be reviewed,im not saying
tcs or cc just 4 club meets,id like to see 8 min club races in mini at the very least,i wont mention ,the one ways, foamies, body shells etc ,if clubs allowed these extras mods more drivers would have minis though not real popular after that rally accident today

Yeah, those are a direct replacement for the stock steering knuckles. They're off the Mad Bison or some other such TL01 based off roader not quite sure. Made from graphite reinforced plastic like the stuff used for the reinforced Mini wheels. A lot of guys ran these during TCS a couple of years ago as they are a lot stronger than the stock items (but will still snap in a suitably horrific smash) they were popular because the Tamiya alloy knuckles are expensive (but worth the investment) Eagle Racing also make alloy knuckles which we have on one of our Minis, they are a lot cheaper but not TCS legal.

To answer your question NO. As the TCS bible states those parts that are designed for that car can only be used on that car. A TA03 oneway or direct drive are not designed of the mini and if I remember are not even stated in the guide book for the mini.

A wing on a front wheel drive car will make handling suffer. If you need more rear downforce or grip on a mini then your doing something wrong. Most mini's suffer from the rear 'hopping' around corners anyway.

Den if they aren't legal ask Robert Amos (Adam's bro) as he should have plenty of spares.

The only changes are obviously the body and steering blocks and carriers. And the length of the spacer between front and rear. TJ has seen the car and has no problem with it racing as it is still a very box shape and has no advantage over the other Mini's
