Cool, Thanks. Anybody seen the new one for the 3pk yet? Supposed to be faster than the hrs. Dont know if i will go with that or just wait for Futaba's own set up. No wire at all sound kind of cool and suspect at the same time.

Blake, try the SPM1600 cap, see if that works. PM me if you try that and it doesn't fix the problem.
Merf, the new 3pk module is HRS compatible. From talking to several people the Futaba version will not be a US release, just overseas.

the problem of mine only happens at large track. Not sure what really causes it because other Spektrum users with TC equipped with brushed motors also have problem.
To solve the receiver shutting down is much easier I guess, I solved mine by avoiding old batteries and running 5 cell instead of 4 cell for my 1/12 pan car.

Hmm, odd. I know when I ran with a Tekin Brushless in my Mini-LST I needed to use the cap because the BEC output out the Tekin was too low. The Cap took perfect care of it and it runs awesome now. I know a lot of 1/12th scale guys ran Spektrum in Cleveland, Vegas, and Snowbirds without an issue.
