Edwin, I run all metal on my t-maxx. The plasic wears out on me.
Spend about $30 for the RRP Double disk Slipper kit, and get the metal gear. It should last you a LONG time. I run the RRP kit and a Powerline 72 Spur.

Later!

Default Clutchbell- TRX 15 Engine

coastaltony:

I'm, using the original TRX 15 engine, Robinson Metal Spur Gear. The clutchbell that was worn-out is the original part of the stock engine. Where did you get the clutchbell with bearing? Would it fit the TRX 15 engine?... your using an OS CV engine.

fireblade:

Are you using the stock TRX 15 engine? Any compatible clutchbell for the TRX engine?

Thanks for the info guys.

Yes, Run the Slide carb. Very good mod.Atlas can tell you how much the slide carbs are for the O.S. but that is a real good mod to have.Because it gives you more smoother on-off accelration like a sports car.

FireBlade: According to www.traxxas.com the New Truck will be available on Sept. 7th, there is also a write on it in the new Car Action on page 33!!!! Sounds like it's gonna be a pretty Sweet Truck, 60% more power, already lowered, aluminum bumpers, sealed carb., and etc, oh & not to mention a much better E-Z Start system!!!
