Just trying to get people to not waste their money. The savings are minimal. If you want to save money, buy a used genuine Sanwa receiver, they are available all the time. I think receivers are something you should never compromise on.

That is obviously your opinion. If you have experience with them then please share. Otherwise, I have used them as it sounds like a lot of others without any issues. That was the point of the thread. If someone is looking to save a few $$, they are a good option.

I won't agree with you that they are a good option until I see data that they aren't slower than the real thing. People saying they feel just as fast is not good data. But if someone shows me the data that they are as fast, then I will agree with you 100%.

Wow, even smaller and one quarter of the price. Amazing.

Will definitely have to keep an eye on that one. They should have at least put some kind of graphic sticker on the receiver.

Hi all, has anyone got any feedback on these Dasmicro Sanwa knockoffs?
NetcruiserRC channel tried one in his Arrma and had nothing bad to say about it.
Packaging suggests a bind plug instead of a binding button.
Keen to hear on anyone's experiences. I'm considering one for 1/10 2wd e-buggy.

I got a couple from Banggood as they were cheaper for 2 than a Sanwa rx and so far so good. No instructions so took a bit of searching to bind them, but now they work well. Just going in some Tamiya rereleases so performance doesn't really matter, as long as they work. I've also only had them for a few weeks so can't comment on longevity

Thanks, good to know. Hmmm I need something decent, as it will go into my 1/10 e-buggy for indoor club events. It's not easy having champagne taste on a beer budget. I can't put it into my basher, as it would be dangerous @ 60mph to lose control.... but yet I need no-lag performance for race day =)..
sigh~

anyone have any experience with the MRX-482? it seems to be a Sanwa 482, but made my MuchMore and supports 8.4v. i have one coming and hoping it works well. i'm planning to put it in a ten-scte 3.0 with Maclan MMax8 200a 1/8th esc (8.4v bec setting), Protek 170SBL, Maclan MR4 3500 motor, and Maclan 2S V3 HV 8500mah battery. That would make all of the electronics HV compatible and get crazy torque/response from the servo without having to externally step down the voltage to components.

edit: the more i think about this the more i'm thinking 8.4v bec is really there for 4s powered setups. i don't think it would have the intended use with 2s.

Bought a sanwa mt44. After reading through this thread most comments are pro clone receivers so I ordered 2 of the arx-482r and 2 of the dasmicros. With the money I saved off buying genuine I could've bought another 6!

I am going to give a DasMikro receiver a try. For the price, if it works great, than I can't complain. It will be a while before I can test it out though, even after getting it in the mail (so long as it isn't too delayed)

I bought the DasMikro and can confirm that it works with my MT-44. I haven't been able to run on a track yet. But it definitely works good in the backyard.
