Matrix controlled tyres were pre-trued to specific sizes from the manufacturer and participants were not allowed to modify the foam tyres at all. They were only allowed to mark the wheels.

Is there a shop in Europe where this kit can be purchased? As far as I can see just in Japan can be ordered and delivered.

Now I understand why the cars seemed a bit hesitant to really attack the corners....Thanks for the info.....

This is also JMRCA Sport class using the control OS 12 TG. Interesting they have changed rules to allow up to 25% nitro.

I didn't know Kyosho was still even interested in Nitro on-road racing. Seeing a new car from them is pretty cool.

I got V One R4 SP with fun option part. Because of Kyosho, that's why I still own their on road GP.

Is the V1R4 SP still a competitive car compared to the R4 Evo? Looking at one myself for a good price, and would just add radio box and front bumper.

Can always upgrade chassis, shock tower down the track I guess.

Hi, expecting anything new here for 2021 ? We just got a new race track and planning to run this for the next season. Anything to consider, thanks ?!

On the other hand we have local support for Xray so maybe NT1 is the choice.

It is old design with a lot of plastic parts. Dont think they have a team support. And Kyosho has left the onroad market. Better with xray or something else.

Both Kyosho R4 Evo and the latest version R4 Evo 2 was never intended for markets outside of Japan.
There are quite a few people still running the Kyosho nitro onroad cars here in Japan and I too run the R4 Evo with some R4 Evo 2 parts.
In your case i would recommend running whatever model that is locally supported in your area. You will also get a lot more bling parts included in the kit with other brands like MugenSeiki, Infinity, Serpent and etc.

Thanks for sharing.

For the moment I have the K FW-06 which is a nice car with a good looking Alpine body and foams underneath but I know its a toy car compared to belt cars.

Years ago I had the K triple R with RB Rody and Orion motors. Maybe time for a new one.
