1/10 R/C F1's...Pics, Discussions, Whatever...
There are also multiple different Ferrari reds to choose from. What year are you trying to replicate? In 1997 Ferrari went to a Marlboro red instead of the traditional Ferrari red. And in 07 I think it was they even tried a metallic, but that didn't last long. I'm not even sure it was raced. Ferrari fans can confirm that.
A zI have a few Ferraris all painted with different color paints the 643 is my favorite. I used Tamiya paints. base color bright red. next coat fluorescent red backed with white, I also used plain bright red with a white backing but zwithout the Fluorescent on another Ferrari.
and as of now I give you ,,,,,,, wait for it,,,,

I just did a ferrari f60 and a f2012 with Pactra 'bright red', turned out perfect, matches the tamiya decals very well, I'm very relieved because I just guessed when I ordered the paint. Really didn't like the idea of spending $60+ or whatever tamiya charges for their special 'Bright Mica Red' or F60 Red, forgot the name.

My apologies to the previous thread I did. I do not know the matter about hot-linking images from uploaded photos from Photobucket lately.
Anyways, herewith are the images of the recent Mercedes W07 livery I did for my TRG 117 using Protoform's Fifteen body. Just waiting for the decals from TQracing.

Will also try to share and upload the TRG chassis with complete electronics and wiring.
Cheers to all and have a great racing weekend.
