For a basher, I wouldn't think you would tell between the speed of those specs. But I have been looking at this servo-
https://www.amainhobbies.com/protek-...170sbl/p507825
Seems to have speed and torque. I have been happy with ProTek 170S. I have not had any problems with it and has plenty of torque. I am using it on a ET48 so has race wheels and at 7.4v. Maybe with larger/heavier wheel/tire combo you may want torque over speed.
The 170T is on sale and could meet your needs.

I am having a very hard time deciding which electronics to get. Either strip out my eb48.3 rx8/1900kv combo or go with another tekin setup, hw or castle. Im a very indecisive person lol.
I am also having a hard time with the servo. I have a savox 2274 which is good specs for buggies and truggies (367/.08). Will that be plenty of torque for this truck or should I be looking for over 400oz? I have found some around 450oz but they are around .12-.15 speeds. Not sure if that is too slow. Or if I wouldn't even tell the difference between .13 and .08
If it were me, I would bite the bullet and buy the Tekin rx8 gen3. Just because routing the wires in the current Tekno chassis is way easier with the Tekin setup. Convenience wins me over when it doesn't involve lack of performance

And your servo choice in the 350oz range would be fine in my book. I only run a 200oz servo in my e-buggy and have never seen a problem. The speed that I try to aim for is in the .11-.06 range.

I went with the heavyweight champion of Hitec

Does anyone know if the savox "tall" servos like the 1231sg fit in the tekno? There are a couple that have pretty good specs.
The savox 1270 also has good specs. The only reason I'm hesitant about savox is I've had a lot of issues in my 10th scale buggies with keeping the servo centered. If I'd bump the wall or a rail sometimes the car would start veering to the right or left and I'd have the change the subtrim on the fly to get it tracking straight. Anyone experience that with savox too?

I'm running the savox 1270tg. Fits perfect and it's a power house. Great servo for around $80.

Did you end up needing to use the PAD device?

So I'm getting shock upgrades
Tkr6017t front Ti nitride shafts
tkr6061t x-long rear Ti nitride shafts
Tkr6146 delrin cartridges

I have 2 questions. Should I use the cartridges with the long bottom shaft guide or tkr6146B which has the shorter bottom piece for more shock travel (but it is less shaft support)?
Also what delrin shock piston size would be best? The option part specified in the manual Amain says is discontinued which looked to be 8x1.3. Anybody have a suggestion? 10x1.1 maybe? Or is that Gna be too much pack?

I was originally going to get the Ti-Nitride shafts until I contacted Tekno. They told me they (Ti-Nitride shafts) offer no benefit on the MT410 for bashing, so I passed

Delrin cartridges, YES

Truck is wicked fast, and handles amazing for a monster truck, and does whatever you want it to in the air, not to mention the kit was a lot of fun to build. Right now I'm running the proline badlands 3.8's. I think that is part of the problem as the tires are relatively small and don't have the mass to flip the truck over from a standstill.
Iv found if u want standing backflips 6s is the way to go

Most tekno parts are interchangeable I'm 99% sure they will fit. What's your reason for using them?

Default Servo

Iv had best luck with hitec titanium gear servo I'll have to look at it later to see what series it is but iv bashed it hard for last 3 months and seems bullet proof. Iv had some horrible crashes that normally would have destroyed others

I switched to pro-line f11/super swampers I had lying around and the truck does standing back flips with ease on 4s now. With a 17t pinion I'm at about 50mph before the truck gets uncontrollable from the tires ballooning. Really enjoying this truck.

Sorry, I must not be following - you don't remember if you installed the Hitec PAD (that comes with the servo) to your receiver in the MT410?

I reached out to Hitec to see if it is required with the latest HW Escs - we'll see.
