Do You like the 10x1.2? Is 10x1.2 what the stock piston size is? Trying to stay as close as possible to stock size.

I wasn't really sure what the hole size of the original was, so I pulled out the spare parts bag and checked with my piston drills. 1.2mm went right through, 1.25 was pretty tight. So yes, I would say the 1.2 is very close to stock size.

Thanks. Do you feel they work good or could it use a little more pack?

I got tired of beating up such an awesome rig doing the high flying jumping trick thing, and started running the beast on my friends large outdoor track last week. I do like the way it handles on the track. It is way more stable than an E-buggy. Handles much like my Mugen truggy, with a bit better turning ability thanks to the short wheelbase. I was surprised at how capable the Badlands are on a loose outdoor track, they were right there with soft Impacts on the truggy. They throw a great rooster tail as well!

Depending on what you're doing with yours, I think the 10x1.2mm is a great all around choice. I doubt that if you're doing the big air thing you'd notice a lot of difference in pack between the 10x1.1, 10x1.2, or the 8x1.3.

Cool thanks. One of my friends has a fairly big track I'll probably hit up. I have an eb48.3 and I had an et48 which I sold last year. I debated between getting another et48 and the mt410. I figured I haven't really had an MT to just jump and beat on and chase my dogs with and just have fun in quite awhile so I went with the 410. I was getting tired of racing anyways.

I'm looking for a chasis protector. I found one on fierce RC solutions says it fits the sct410.3, eb48.3 and SL? Which chasis does the mt use? Same chasis as the SL?
I found this one. Are these 18 mil turtle belly pro tape mattox chasis skins decent? I just wanted to make sure they weren't thin or crappy and that they will hold up ok. Cause they seem pretty cheap (price-wise) But it looks like you have to cut them out yourself?

Cool just ordered it. Anyone know if the eb48.2 chasis is the same as the .3? Mattox has the eb48, 48.2 and 48.4 skins but nothing listed for the .3. Wanted to grab one for my buggy too.

What about the rear section of the mt chasis... on my buggy I have the de racing skid plate piece. Does the mt need that or does the bumper attach there and cover that section? Cause just a skin will wear right off on that tail section. I like keeping my chasis' looking good.

I put my turtle skin on, then I put my front/rear T-Bone Racing bumpers right over the skin. Simple as can be

Thought that may have been the case. Thanks.

i was planning on keeping the stock bumpers for now but I just looked at the tbone site and I really like the new style bumpers they have. I like the bar style front bumper (looks more scale than the old style wide one) and I like the rear bumper. But not sure if I'd want that or the wheelie bar. Thanks a lot man. I just spent $900 yesterday ordering the kit and electronics and other parts. Now I have to spend another $50 lol.

Ended up getting the backflip tires. Now I'm second guessing ad wondering if I should have got the mx38 badlands. That truck on the tbone site looks pretty badass with the wide tires. But they look pretty heavy.

I got the 2000kv tekin motor with 17t pinion. Will 17t be ok or should I have gone lower?

I'm around 1300 for every single part/upgrde

But, I'm OK with that

Anybody using those proline screw on caps to secure the body? Or Velcro? Wasn't sure if the body touches the sides of the chasis or if there is a gap so maybe Velcro wouldn't work. I hate body clips.

I saw that new rear bumper too - I may pick that up as it says you can add the wheelie bar wheels to it (vs. just going with the dedicated wheelie bar).
