I witnessed one of those belts at 209 a couple weeks back. The owner of the car would have had to run eccentrics full forward to make it even close to tight enough. Black belt fit just fine. I thought it was a single isolated case, but possibly not. I believe it was the maiden voyage for the car too, so it wasn't a stretching issue.

That's weird I changed back to my white belts after running my stock black ones for a few months, and the fronts are the same size if not very close and the rear white one is slightly bigger than the black.

Yea, I don't think it's a pervasive issue, maybe just a bad batch of belts.

Tony, I would contact RC America, see if they can help.
