Cut the switch off and solder the wires together. The switch will fail eventually so might as well save yourself a DNF.

Would it be safe to assume that if data logging is working. The sensor cable is all good.

Just thinking of a way to test that the sensors and cable is working as it should.

I blow my 16V tekin capasitor the whole time these days,,
Can I go from the 16V to the 25V capasitor???

All Tekin brushless esc's have a built in sensor checker:

You can but I'd suggest finding out why the cap is blowing in the first place. This is often the sign of weak batteries, or a shorted motor.

Like I said I use a SP V3 4,5T motor and a Tekin RSX..
I have a 87/24 gearing and the motor is overheating after about 10min driving,
"thermal protection", but the RSX has never been warm at all...
I use a new Nano Tech 5,1 saddle pack for battery
I will try to go down on the pinion, because the 410 is flying with a 24T pinion,
I belive there will not be a BIG loss in speed from a 24T pinion to a 20 or 21

You are WAY over geared for a 4.5T motor. You should be in the 18-19 range tops. Also if those batteries aren't sustaining voltage under the load of that 4.5T it will also cause issues.

I'm very disappointed with this Tekin, I though that it will be a product of better quality, I bought the RX8gen2/4030 1900KV motor combo, and after just one day of practice the ESC is now giving the 'Wrong Motor' error. I just sent it to Tekin for warranty, now the waiting game... I bet it will take at least 2 weeks to get it back.

Sorry to hear you had an issue. We're generally quicker than our 7 to 10 business days we quote you.

Once we receive them in, they don't stay very long.

Has anyone had a issue with intermittent throttle on their RX8 Gen 2,I've tried 2 different 1900 T8's with the same results. Was running on a very slick track. Would just loose throttle but had steering and it would come back after a few seconds. Checked all wiring

Reedy 4600 55c 4s pack

Futaba 4PK-S
Throttle epa 85
Brake epa 45
Throttle speed 100
Throttle expo - 25

RX8 Gen 2
Current limiter 55
Servo voltage 7.4
Throttle min. 0
Neutral width 10
Timing 10
Geared 44/18 in Tekno EB48.3

Radny, i'm just curious: is it possible to add motor thermal cutoff into ESC firmware? Anyway ESC can see motor' temps (logging it), why not add adjustable therm. cutoff with 'no limit' value to esc?
