yeah, neither arm broke in what I would call a hard hit. But, I shelved the car until the rpms come out. HT didnt have arms for it and I dont want to drive it terrified of the pipes. The car drives really well though. I also need to glue up my cva's because they are trying to come apart on me. I noticed 2 of the clips tried to come off. I would doubt a new wheeler will be out this year. Maybe a WC .3, but not a whole new platform like the b5.

Yeah, I doubt that we will really ever see a completely new wheeler anytime soon, probably never I think. This car is good and it works and not to mention, companies keep trying to copy it to make there own and fail. Peice of mind though, a few years back when Tommy's mom ( Tommy Hutz R.I.P.) got the big three to come out (Tebo, Cab, and Maifield) for that night of racing at the track, I got some very valuable advice from the Ryan's, Dont drive it afraid to break it cause you always will. Its like when you play grand theft auto, you drive fast and keep telling yourself don't hit anything and you always find the one car on the toad and smash into it at full speed. Drive the car and have fun, if it breaks, you fix it but Dont drive scared. People at my track think I'm funny when my car breaks cause I laugh and say something like oops or oh darn and Dont get mad. I wish you the best of luck wildcat, ps, that body is going to look sick, your daughter will love it haha

I used to drive 70% max but once I stopped driving scared and wheeled it, it makes it much easier to drive it. Trust me, at first I was super nervous cause I thought it was going to break and break and break constantly but it didn't. Soon after that I stopped being scared. In the course of 5 hours at the track, I tool almost 4 seconds off my lap times. I know it sounds ridiculous but I'm completely serious. If you get a chance to get some driving tips from any of those three, tale it. Not at a big event though, more like on a club race night.

so i noticed on my drive shafts there is wear rings towards the inside. it looks like as the suspension cycles up, the shaft actually rubs on the end of the outdrive. also, the last time i drove this thing, i clipped(ok...slammed) a pipe and broke an a-arm. when replacing it, i noticed 1/2 the outdrive was gone! so i was thinking that maybe the drive shaft flexed back enough(from the broken arm) and got wedged in the outdrive slot.
has anybody else noticed the shafts contacting the outdrives like this? i was thinking of using some fuel tubing over the shock shafts for bump stops to prevent this. any ideas?
