The HoBao low profile air filter is very close to the stock air filter. We're trying to confirm if they work 100%, but I'm 99% sure they will work. We should have all of the spares in about a week or so.

Looks like I'll be getting my kit today. Going to try my best to get it together for a race this weekend.

I'll post some build pics as well

Well I just got done with my build. There is not much to say about it other than it is just a work of art. Amazing job Tekno. If you are looking for a new nitro this is your buggy. I will be running mine this weekend. I will give a follow up on my opinions of the car handling wise Sunday or Monday. But when will the stock body be available for purchase? I am wanting to send one out for paint.

Great to hear! Hopefully your first drive report will be as good as your build report :-)

We should have all spares available by the end of the year.

Do the brake pad support post need to be tightened all the way down? When I did the center diff wouldn't move freely. So I backed off a hair. I don't know if it's common for the pads to be tight at first and break in....this is my first nitro build so I feel like a newb again lol. But so far the build is going smoother each time I build a tekno. And I can build it pretty fast now that I know the vehicles backwards and forwards, now some of these nitro parts I have to learn to build, doesn't help I'm OCD and it's gotta be perfect

Went to the track I use a ofna blue box. Wheel is to big and will not connect to the flywheel. Will need a new wheel or buy another starter box.

You may just need to move the whole car over (to the left) so the wheel fits better with our engine offset. We've tried several OFNA boxes, Hudy box, and the Losi Box (with mods) and all of them work good once set up correctly. What car did you have before?

Before I used a mugen Mbx6. It seems like it binds on the flywheel hole of the chassis before it will hit the flywheel.
