It's not used as they have captured the pins in the A-Arm I ran these all summer in my sons gt2 (same design as the B series) and he was very rough on them (6yo) and they held up all season on and 8th scale track.

Only draw back is it's softer so there is more traction in the front (unless you put them in the rear too) and slop has started to develop and is not too bad but still there.

Just fyi

The pins seem to be shear cut from a long piece of stock. File the edges round and the brace should slip over easier.

I need a little advice guys. I've got a used B4.15! Just needs BB shocks and towers to be a 4.2.
My question is it has alum shocks(10mm) with three hole red pistons. I'm not sure where to start with the shock oil.
Has anyone seen these pistons, so I can get some more info on them? I searched the thread, but had no good results for a three hole piston.
Thanks
Brian

They are Losi 56 pistons. Look on RC10.com under B4.1 setups and find a Chad Due setup, he ran the losi pistons often. That should get you going.

Avid or AE. I have both. The Avid are better quality, but the AE gives you more length options.

Do the regular 12mm shock cups fit 10mm shocks? Not sure if all the shafts are 3mm, i have a WC version buggy. Or is there a kit that comes with special cups and collars?

I found the avid ones but cant seem to locate the AE ones

I used these by Ghea that I really liked. http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...Set-w-O-Ring-4

But AVID also has some adapters (I like the GHEA as they are not an adapter). http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...lar-Adapters-4

For the lower you CAN use the AE spring cups as the shock shaft ends are the same part for the 10mm shock and the 12mm shock. They use the same shaft as well.

Hey Matt,
When I go to RC10.com I get redirected to http://www.teamassociated.com/
Am I doing something wrong? If not how do I find info on a Losi part at AE?
Thanks but confused
Brian

same website. The Losi pistons are the colored pistons only offered by Losi for the XXX series of cars.

Here is the link to the #55 pistons that work in the older shocks.

This is the setup I was referring to:

http://www.teamassociated.com/pdf/ca...Reedy_Race.pdf

Some guys used losi pistons on there AE cars and some losi guys used AE pistons on there cars. They are the same size.

How or what are people using to put holes in their chassis to run the wires from the servo or a transponder back to the receiver?

I use a drill bit and then open it up a bit with a dremel and a sanding bit.
