Ok so the stock photo shows the motor with the bullets inserted. I was worried you connected something additional to what was hanging out the back just showing in that photo.
I assume the motor comes with a set of the bullets...right?
Well my ESC can do timing but this is for 17.5 blinky so per rules that is a no no...as I assume changing rotors and sensor boards would be. Is that assumption correct?

1 thing though, those pics show 2 different versions of the v3.0 motor. The 1st pic is the one you want. The pics mounted in a TC is the drift version, it has an internal fan. Yes, it comes with bullets.
That is why he highlighted SIMULATE, as in practice. Boards are changeable & I'm all but positive the rotors are changeable as long as they are roar approved.
I don't run 17.5 blinky so I can't recomend it, or anything else, for that, but I love my 8.5t.

ok so here is what Amain has listed...this is the version you're saying NOT to get...right?
That is the right one. The silver (not grey like this one) or the black cans are the drift motors.
Surprisingly, after shipping it's actually $1.30 less than the SP site has it. Amain is usually higher.
p.s. The drift motor may actually work fine, I don't know. Like the 1s version, it was designed for a specific purpose & probably won't do AS well in another purpose.

Thats the JC Rulux wheels. I LOVE those wheels & ran them until I converted to hexes. Every few weeks I'll get on the JC thread here & pester Paul to make rulux with hexes. Maybe if a few more folks jump over there & ask for them we will get them eventually.

Unless you need the space to mount other stuff, a standard size would be the way to go.

personally, I would get a LPF servo. Fits a little nicer and with the trend of conversion buggies and less chassis space, they are nice. is an LPF required nah. One issue though, some LPF servos have the front of the case extended though and can cause rubbing issues with the servo horn.
