So I guess it's if you like the car edgey or smooth, in that scenario. Some other drivers in our club are using the graphite arms and they love em, cause that's how the like the car, on the ragged edge. Then again, you could probably smooth that out a bit with the right settings.
After that I went back to plastic and I found the car to be smooth and amazing.
I haven't tried the graphite arms with Volker's settings thou... I will soon...

Looking at all 3 of volkers setups on petit rc ......high traction medium and low traction he uses the graphite arms on all 3 setups.....i have always thought plastic arms would be more suited for asphalt ....anybody try both ....if so which feels better.....i have the plastics on but next practice day i will try both and post my feedback....what are you guys running on asphalt using?

I did tried both
I think the plastic arm works great for stock spec racing.
For mod..graphite are better cause doesnt flex too much and more direct feel

I would concur with what I've ready thus far... I went to the next level and chucked on graphite everything, the car was on a f*cking knife edge, might be a quicker way to drive around the track however I felt like I needed a bit of religion to keep it on the black stuff.
Went back to kit plastic with the team asphalt setup and I couldn't wipe the smile from my face...
I bought two cars, one for spares, I haven't broken much so I still got two cars, I'm trying HPI springs with kit setup soon, I will let you know how it compares to team asphalt setup.

Our tracks are low grip and bumpy.
If u wish for an alternative to hpi silvers Schumacher greens are basically identical to feel and strength.
The new Durango tc springs will be equivillant too
