That is the length if you put them end to end. You can divide it by 2 to get the length of each half.

I'm going to be running two packs tonight that are fresh from the factory. I haven't put them on the charger yet and I haven't run them. I've read there's a method of "breaking in" a battery pack. Should I just run them for about 5 minutes then cycle them in the charger?

Real Deans or real Traxxas are very good plugs in my opinion. Try to avoid knock offs as they tend to not be as good.

Shipment came in today and pre-orders will start shipping out Monday. Unfortunately 2 boxes were lost in transit from China to Hong Kong which caused an extra delay for this shipment. One of these 2 boxes was saddle packs so we're getting less than expected but we should be able to fill out pre-orders.

I will be good indefinitely.

Ran my shorty pack 70c 4600 today and I was super impressed with runtime but it had alot of punch!
I was barely making 5 min qualifiyer in my rb6 with a 7.5 turned down to 70%.

Im gonna go run laps tomamrow and hopefully the battery will get better but it seems like it is way low on runtime cause my 3800 gave me alot more time than the smc

Can you elaborate on barely making a 5 minute qualifier ? What is the voltage of both cells after your qualifier ?

Not familiar with your 3800 pack but when a pack has lower IR like our 70C shorty this will provide more voltage to the motor thus pulling more amps. That being said 5 minutes should be no issues regardless if your 7.5T is turned down or not.

First thing to check when you suspect a battery is not doing what it's suppose to is the get the voltage of both cells this will give me info about the pack.

I will check the voltage of both cells today at the track after the run and before the run.
