As far as not releasing the info sooner, that is standard practice. Unfortunately, we don't always know who is asking the questions. It could be another manufacturer trying to get the inside scoop, a dealer trying to gain an advantage over another, etc. Plain and simple, there are many reasons we have to keep the info to ourselves until we're ready to release it. We don't play favorites with our dealers, team drivers, or customers because it causes too many issues .

Well, hats off to Tekno for not di(%ing around and actually look into drivers feedback and sorting out every quirk about the car as fast as they did. That is really impressive for a company to do and to still consider the car to be the "base model".
This buggy has really made all other buggy platforms and brands a thing of the past, they do not make sense any longer..
Tekno, prepare to be copied!
I wouldn't doubt it if they were all sold before they touched a shelf!

probably to get the best out of the box suspension package to fit most conditions.

If the do an update on the SCT410, I hope they go with the 1.3mm x 8 hole pistons since that appears to be pretty common change.

They're using the the original photos of the car (note the original arms, outdrives, etc.)

Regarding the springs: I've been using Red Rears with great success and orange fronts. Pinks will make the car turn a lot harder than my setup. Makes it easier to drive. Also note I'm using stock pistons with 500-600front and 400-500 rear depending on weather/track conditions (PTRC Fluids)

sometimes but normally not just lightened 0 offset. I've tried all configurations of offsets and generally run 0. If i need more stability I run wider rear and if I want smoother calmer steering I run +1 on the front.

Had to edit my last post idk why but i put the oils backwards lol my bad

Hi teknorc,

You are absolutly right about keeping the info to yourselves.
I love the way you manage the EB48 line. You are so reactive with the "bad parts", the "little errors" of the first batchs...
I hope and think the EB48.2 will be a great success too.
I can imagine your designer is one of the happiest one in this industry !
You are one of the company which has understood the first, that 1/8 electric offroad will be a major class in the future, and then you succeed in doing a very recognizable car with a really different design.
The EB48 success here in France, is unbelievable. Great job !
Bye !
