Hey guys. I've been having traction rolling issues with my truck. My setup is exactly the same as Sramos minus the springs. I'm running the stock front springs and green rear springs. I've had traction rolling issues since I got the truck, but Sramos setup helped a lot.

It's mainly an off throttle problem. Entering a turn off throttle, the rear inside tire will start to lift. If I'm not careful it will just go into a violent roll. Any ideas? Stiffer springs, less rear droop?

BTW, I'm running at WCRC with Barcodes.

Just want to share this new CVD with your TEKNO guys.
Another option for CVD upgrade if you experienced CVD broken problem.

Material is HD spring steel, can check details from pics.
The most difference is the diameter of screw thread upgrade to 5mm instead of traditional 4mm, for more durability and strength. Pretty nice finished products.
The center front HD CVD will be released soon, I guess.

Cheers!
don't see these on their site only ones for the scte I think. Are they yours or have you used the new ones?

stiffer springs, less fr, and rear droop, and stiffer rear sway bar is all i can think of as now. i would try the droop first. its a fast and easy tune to test. does it only happen with the barcodes? always worth a shot to try diff tires too

Very nice! I like the 5mm beef up!!!

Anyone that's run the kkpit stuff- what's the quality level compared to Tekno?

also lower ride height and more camber or camber gain.

That hex should be +1mm offset which puts it right at the ROAR limit i believe. The screws in my toe links on the front do have wear marks on them. In my case i think it's from the screw loosening/tilting. The +1mm should help avoid rubbing.

Sounds like the front is to soft and when you let of power with all that weight transfer to the front the front end is tuckin and rolling. If you like how your suspension feels and jumps you could try pressure points on the front

I think when you run someone's setup you need to run their setup EXACTLY and analyze from there.
These guys that get their setups posted on the Mfr's sites (like SRAMOS) have spent TONS of time to where even one oil weight or spring change that is deviated can make a HUGE difference.
SRAMOS runs some pretty stiff springs--since you already have his setup copied I would go the extra distance and drop in his exact springs and go from there--otherwise if you start making changes in an attempt to improve it (with your current spring setup) you may end up "losing your setup" when all you maybe really needed was to finish the setup with his springs--just my .02

Looks like hudy color scheme. If it works as good as the brand its knocking off then I will go for it (should be better than the stock steel tekno part at least the 808e s original front cvd is crazy long and never bends). Especially the center front dog bone replacement.

So with tekno sc10 hex can I use the sc10 and slash wheels instead of the scte wheels?

You can use sc10 zero offset wheels (the ones that come stock with stay the sc10 4x4) if you are trying to stay ROAR legal based on what has been said.

The slash offset wheels I beleive will still be too wide.

Yeah, I definitely feel like the front springs were too soft. Ordering stiffer springs today. I haven't tried a different tire yet, but I will after I change the springs.

I get what you're saying. Gonna order a set of those springs today!

For the Matt Wolter setup, the most recent one using the Tekno 1.4 x 8 hole pistons, how do they compare to say the Kyosho 1.3 x hole's ?
