Am I the only one with a single colored body?

At least I back mine with silver! (metallic blue)

Nope, I like simple single color paint jobs too, it makes it easy to have matching SC10's

Almost finished the builds this morning but AE sent me an unthreaded rear axle and shock collar, and they shorted me a thrust washer for the ball diff.

And quit laughing at my bumpers! They come in handy when racing with my son.

If there is a thread for this please direct me to it thanks.
I run the Ballistic 17.5 High RPM with the timing turned to max in the stock class. I've never beaten down the straight, and have plenty down low. Couldn't be happier with the motor. Also can't go wrong with the new Reedy's, I run one in my mod car and it's silky smooth and also runs nice and cool. I ran the 17.5 variety (of the old Sonics) for only a single race day as a loaner when my Ballistic was on order, seemed to deliver great power as well. Probably half of the people at our track run the Reedy's and the other half run the Ballistic and I have yet to hear of anyone unhappy with either.

I just finished building the shocks on my new b4.1. I'm having trouble with one front shock, it keeps clicking when it's compressed. I've narrowed down the problem. The shock spring cup comes off the shock eyelet when it its completely decompressed, and clicks back into place when compressed. Could this be a shock build issue? It's the 5mm offset which is what the manual said to use. And the shock pivot is screwed the entire way on

I'm i don't know if this is a huge issue or not? I'm new to offroad and only use the short throw onroad shocks so bare with me please guys lol

Is the shock collar backed off all the way? Once you preload the shocks, the spring cups should stay put.

Make sure you removed the flashing off the shock end. The flashing could prevent the spring cup from fully seating.
