my esc weights 80 grams with wires and sensor cable. not sure thats super heavy.

I am running 28grams of lead, ballast weight, shorty, LP servo, 92744 receiver, avid slipper and I come in at 1555.

I run in a 13.5 class, so I am sure weight effects me less than the 17.5 guys, but I am curious as to where I am heavy.

my B4.2 was 1650 OINK OINK!!!!!!!!!

that was full size pack with alum wing mounts

Shorty pack and inline electronics (on chassis) I was around 1510 or so. Much less weight from the wires is what did it for me.

Wildcat, running on outdoor, you should have that pig up near 1700! haha

that is all..... carry on

Yep i run mod with mine and a full size wolf pack and its at 1590g but i run it outside on medium grip track. I think the extra weight helps outside.

Yeah Bob, I normally run close to 1600. I am still trying to get the right amount of weight and dampening for the track. But when I go racing indoors, I would like to shed some weight.

Light weight helps in stock. Anything other then that I think its ok to go heavier. In stock with my light B4 1507g compared to my Dad's 22 with a full stick and aluminum parts 1670g acceleration is very noticeable. My buggy has more rip for sure. When I ran an 8.5 in my B4 I could not tell the difference from extra weight shorty vs full stick as far as acceleration and power.

Are you mounting your speedo to the chassis or on a shelf.

not sure the inline game is worth it , the shortys lighter weight is my main interest...

I use these for ballstud adjustments and rear hub wheelbase spacing.

I run these as well. The AE shims for the b4 ( http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_...lstud-Washer-8 ) &, from guestamits from the picture, the JC do not fit close to the threaded part of the ball stud allowing some play & more broken ball studs. The bulkhead shims fit very close & are wider than the base of the ball stud allowing a much more secure fit.

Plus they're blue
