you can use whatever you want. i used 8-32 for mine, but wouldnt suggest much bigger then that.

and this way i can use a bigger driver too for it. just remember to use blue thread lock too. altho if this set screw falls out you wont get a dnf from it either.

I like the white trim. I am also going to a uni color body on my next one. Night racing works best with a full flo colored body. I tried fancy paint jobs, but I could not see my buggy well. I am not sure it it will be flo pink, flo red, white or whatever yet. We have a lot of all white bodies, so probably not that. Sadly I may end up with flo yellow or flow pink with white trimed windows. maybe even a half and half flo pink and white.

he just stepped into the paint booth aka... bathroom with window open and fan on. since the b4.2 body came with 2 sets of window masks, i cut the 2nd set out for window outlines again. main reason i went yellow is because i saw alot of white bodies at the track.

and you cant do flo pink because every hobby shop has to charge 8% more for flo pink if you plan to go single color, its called the "cherry tax"

if i can get some black/white orion decals ill have plenty of decals on the body, so single color aint nothing

I have 2x QC2's I sold for $15 each.....wish i had kept them, lol. Brushless motors are still a little scarey. I had a 13.5 blow a sensor board a couple months ago and it took out the esc with it. It seems like when the esc or motor goes it like to take the other with it. I am glad my viper esc survived.
Ive got a Novak Cyclone and a Fantom Mod brushed motor still

Haha had a few cyclones. Still got a LRP v7.1 and a few check point motors with a ton of brushes and a hudy lathe and dyno. Motor and esc is still in a old 4x4 buggy with a nimh pack. Shelf queen atomic carbon b44 will have my xx-4 as a companion soon

Ya, thats why I missed out on the first race of 2wd stock George, I tore apart the entire rear end and rebuilt both of them WITH the screw!!!

So my 1.4x3 pistons should be arriving today. I had been running 30/27.5 with my 1.6's through the winter. Now temps will be a little higher and climb fast over the next month or too. Mid 80's now and 100's soon. I am thinking I will build the 1.4x3's with 32.5/30. Thoughts?
