Nevermind I just looked at the CVA...they would of threaded into the coupler that slides into the open end of the CVA bone.

At least, I'm pretty confident that would of been it.

thanks Matt.

haha looks like ya beat me to it up there ^^^

thanks again!

Ya thats where they go. I personally dont run them, it bends the pin a little as it tightens down and causes extra bind in the axle.

I felt bad putting the blue stuff back on (the spacers and stuff) but I had no choice until later this weekend). I also know about the transmission screws, because I know someone will say something.

Thumb screws, new wiring, and servo mounts: http://i.imgur.com/mIvhzkl.jpg
Their packaging: http://i.imgur.com/ANdBKJ7.jpg

They were out of hubs and bellcranks so I will get those at a later date.

Also so far I would have to say they clean up very easily and nice, just kinda got a papertowel wet and wipe it down, cleaned up really good.

How could they have been built with said set screw??
Use the set screw & also use thread lock on the CVA ring ..

If you don't use the grub screw ?
The ring can break free & slip..

Then you throw the pin resulting in a DNF

For now I have CA glue in the gap and threadlock under the whole thing. Going to go without the set screw for now.

Can always change the layout of it if something ever happens.

thanks for your input, though!

Hi, which "ft 2 hole caster blocks" are you referring to? Part # or link? Thanks!

lol I just had to post this......click on that link and note the date added to their catalog.

This product was added to our catalog on Saturday, January 08, 2005.

Just seems so funny that we are all looking for product introduced the better part of a decade ago

Thanks! I'm curious, how does going from the stock 3 hole to 2 hole make a difference in slop?

The 2 hole blocks are made out of a stiffer plastic.

I think it was also one was drilled vs molded?? I honestly forget... I think it's been argued and debated so many times its not even funny.... Personally if I need to replace them, I just make sure that I have 2 of the same and replace em.... I have never once noticed a difference between the two

Yeah the 2 hole has the hinge pin hole drilled vs molded...it is extremely tight.

I would have said that the 2 hole are drilled BUT... I bought a ton of them and most had flashing covering the holes lol... All of them had to be reamed out.
