The BB shocks are heavy. I think I read like 12 grams for all of them extra. Plus the vts is heavy and the rack is also heavier than the servo saver. Weight your vts, lol. That thing is not light.

the vts works like crap in stock with the v2 spring. That is why they changed it to the old b44 spring. The v2 might be ok in mod, I dont run mod, so dont know. But my nut is flush and it wont slip at all. I am just waiting for the stock on the b44 spring to come in. It has been out of stock for a few months now.
If any of you guys have 2.5 rear toe in blocks you won't need, feel free to let me know, looking for some as my B4.X has the alloy 0.5 rear hubs.

I see the new yaiba hubs have hit the USA. Anyone tried them?

Assuming what I saw was true, I managed to find one of these old b44 springs in stock at losipartshouse . Ordered that and got a VTS on the way from amain.

Has anyone here worked a lot with shoe goo? I was thinking about using it for a few things and maybe even mounting my electronics. Does it clean up well? Do the electronics come loose easy enough? I am thinking of running my antenea along the inside of the chassis. Just to get it out of the way ans for a cleaner look. I was thinking of using shoe goo to secure it, but if I ever sell my buggy, I want to be able to remove it and clean it up nicely.

A, don't run VTS with 17.5 (too heavy)
B, don't set slipper that way for 17.5 (use the track. 17.5 doesn't generate enough torque to make bench method effective IMO)
C, ok, I don't have a C but it looked better with 3 things.

Shoe goo works great, if you want to do a neat looking job put some shoe goo in the corner of a plastic bag- cut the corner off the size you want the bead of glue and squeeze it out, more control of were the glue goes and when done just throw out the plastic bag. Also wet your finger and you can smooth out any bubbles.

I can lift me front wheels with my 17.5 2 inches, RAWR. REEDY ftw, lol. I know that adjusting the "feel" needs to happen on the track. I used the inch lift method to get my starting point. Normally I like 1-2 inches, my wife like more though...wait huh. Wrong topic, lol.
I actually use the triad in my b4. I like it, but I am working through some issues with it atm.

Wait a minute, am i decorating a cake? lol, J/K, good idea. I am going to practice the antenna mounting on my kids t4 first lol. I am sure the goo will hold the antenna, just concerned with clean up. I have heard that goo gone actual is for cleaning up shoe goo, no idea if that is true or not.
