Big bores, VTS slipper, Alu steering rack, Hex conversion, solid/unmilled motor plate and RPM/lundsford ball cups.
idk what upgrade to get first. The slipper. Steering rack, carbon parts. I have kyosho bb shocks.
anybody running them lemme know the setup. Im using exactly what was off my rb5 and the droop seems exactly on point.

Still running 13.5 or did you move to mod? The only place the slipper might help on your current layout is that really fast double in the middle. Outside of that, the steering rack would be my next upgrade.
Im using a full pack and its way more consistant through that whole section, even in the s my car rotated more(on the brake)

With the pin style, when you tightened the wheel nut it would push the bearings tight against the crush tube as well.

There was plenty of "talk" about the stock slipper.
What's the main problem with the stock slipper? As I mentioned a few post back it seems mine is too tight and would need a softer spring or something. I have the lock not backed out to the end of the top shaft and can't get any slip. I'm just worried about gear box life with it too tight.
Also had a handling question but guess in will work on that next practice day lol. Slipper clutches seem too be the main topic

Most people have "major" problems with slippers because they don't compress the spring before use. You're always suppose to compress them completely a few times with a pair of pliers prior to use.
Maybe the several pages of people talking about stock vs. vented slipper hubs. All the different pad options; stock, HD pads from the sc104x4, garloc (sp.) pads, and the different ways people were cutting and testing the stock pads was posted before you got here?
