The hex strips. Stripped 2 out of 4 before getting new screws. Bought new hexes and right to longer screws and can crank them down with out problems.

Could I get a size or a part number?

Also, what strips the screw or hex?
I had a pair of fronts that the screw hole was stripped out of. That was on last years car. The car I bought this year had Avid's on it so I didn't bother changing them.

But ya, Matt does well with it, so like everything else, different strokes for different folks.

I can't wait to see the "5 dolla foot long" that Buckland is gonna unleash on the Bumps crowd haha
I thought that was the same Buckland. At first I thought he was just trolling this thread and then I saw that car he was working on. I wanna see it in person.

I notice even thought he has the ESC mounted on the battery brace, that he has weight on the chassis to make up for the missing ESC.

Maybe he removed the weight next to the receiver but placed weight where the ESC was to balance out the receiver.

For those with JC hexes...I use these screws and they work perfect. Just long enough to use all the threads without exposing the screw. The stock 4mm screw provided is just stupid. No reason to not use all the threads available.

I see it now but that's alot of weight to offset a receiver.

Since He's obviously at OC_RC I'll look live if he's there on Friday, and any of the other Team guys too.
