Interesting....I just followed your link (and the PDF linked from your link) and I can't see where it says 2 weeks. Now, I DO remember seeing 2 weeks when I sent mine in, I know at one point it DID say 2 weeks....but maybe someone was listening to you and removed that part....

Yep your right it looks like they did now. It did say two weeks for sure. Well I will note that as one positive step for them but I feel like it should be warning to call first to get info. Then if they say it is going to be a long turn around at least it is your own choice. Anyway good luck to everyone that sent them in!

Im done with lrp, knowone will call me back,Im glad i didnt send all my others in, I would have take a yr off from racing ...

Not to incite a riot but just called associated today and the rep said new boards are (magic number) two weeks out.

Yup they will always be 2 weeks out!!!!
I've been hearing we should have boards next week, for 3 weeks now!
It will be 1 month on Friday since they've had mine.

This same thing happened with the V2 stock spec. We should have them in next week. It took 6 months to swap/purchase one.
This hang up is LRP from what I've heard, apparently LRP short shipped on the first batch of boards to AE.

It does say 2 weeks turn around when I sent mine in now it looks like 2 months

If they just let us buy the damn logic board with hefty discount and have us install it on our own we are not going to have this problem...

We need to find a way to get this story out there further like in one of the magazines. Maybe that way they will have an understanding of the fact that they are really screwing people over right now. I mean honestly all of my information was on both forms that I sent in including my phone number. Do you think they called me and said I am sorry sir but we are currently having long delays so your almost $500 worth of working eqiupment will not be back to you in any reasonable amount of time. NOPE! I had to call and get the news my self becuase they dont have the balls to own this issue which by the way is pretty damn big in my opinion and just getting bigger everyday. This honestly is the worst customer service I have experianced in anything in my 45yrs now not just RC related stuff.

I would like to know the actual number of ESCs they have sitting now. And the actual dollar factor that it would cost AE to do the right thing here. In my opinion cash refunds or free upgrades to the new Flow esc are the only real good customer service option they have left at this point. Wait I forgot they dont know the meaning of good customer service.

I too send in 4 of my SXX speedos for the free upgrade. Worst of all, friends of mine asked if they should send theirs in as well and at that time I didn't just recommended the upgrade, I insisted that they get this upgrade. WHAT HAVE I DONE?

Wow you are a piece of work. You tell me to calm down? Then question if I sent one in? What are you trying to imply? Who the heck do you think you are? Clearly you are a troll. I sent two working nearly new units in with two separate tracking numbers. So let me reiterate. I am pissed because I sent working units ins for what was supposed to be a great upgrade and be done in two weeks. Now had I sent failed escs in I would be more understanding because I would not have been able to use them anyway. But in my case I lost two working escs. I am sure they will be great but honestly do you think the taste left in my mouth will make me even want to mount them up? probably not!

They are prob. far to busy counting all the dead speedo's to make courtesy call's!!! I mean come on! Simple communication goes miles in customer service
