If I remember correctly we talked about using a setup station pages back. You had one but hadn't used it but you were going to give it a try. Looks like you used it and realized just how far off you used to be when it looked A OK to the naked eye or even a camber gauge.
Not using a proper setup station pretty much guarantees that you are off at least 0.5° on everything.

How often do you replace your bones/pins/axles? Maybe the problem is not the CVD but another part of the car :S Too less slippery can't be the problem because i have the V1 slipper.
//EDIT: also the right bone was MUCH more worn out than the left, but the pins broke on both sides.
Running mine since October and they are still in great condition, pin and bone. Odd that people are having issues.
I would think that you have the shock down travel limited, but if not... is the arm traveling too far down allowing the bone to back out almost all the way from the outdrive getting that pin into the sharp edge of the outdrive?
Wait, that's up travel that's limited... never mind.

Yea people were cuttin the tunnel to accommodate for tall Esc's that don't fit underneath it. If you run indoors and have a ft brace you really don't need a tunnel if there is no rocks or anything loose on top. We drive hard pack clay like asphalt almost, so there isn't really anything that could get in there.
Outdoors I would not try this tho.

Can't really get a good pic of the rear but they are in the same condition. I actually recently replaced the outdrives because they were getting a little chewed up, but not the pins. Rear outdrives were worse than the front.
But not pulling that apart for another month

I think it's not the pin which is worn out but the cva-bone. I gets a sharp edge where the pin pushes against the bone and cuts the pin if the edge gets too sharp. I noticed that the right CVA was a lot more worn out than the left and the sharp edge is only at one side of the bone, so im pretty sure it's the accelarating which damages the cva and not the breaking. Wish i could make a pic, but my fucking camera doesnt work :/
