2.5 deg gives you the illusion of more traction going through a turn but it's actually less, which can be good. It flows smoother so there's no hard 'grab' and square up like you get with more toe. And since you gain that traction while rotating, you gain more corner speed, which translates into forward bite coming out of the turn if you are smooth. It also slides the wheels back ever so slightly too.
What it comes down to is does your car rotate through the turns properly and do you have enough forward bite to clear the hardest jumps (like where there's a short run up). Again this is only when your car is on the right tires. I say this because tires are 90% of your setup

i just can not turn sharp enough.
The most common front tires at my track are green or blue Barcodes up front.
If tires dont solve my issue of not being able to turn sharp enough then I will try 2.5
Do you think it is my tires?
I am still running the Proline Tires that came with the kit.

I am currently running 35/75 with end bell timing turned all the way up on my revtech 17.5, it has great top end but looking for a little bit more low end without sacrificing to much top speed. Would a 32/75 work or should I go 33 or 34?
If I was any good I could do that....I asked Ron what Motter was running and that's what he told me,I think it's just as fast with better bottom, took 1st in stock buggy at sdrc Friday night.cant wait to try out the Redlands tracks!
